They are equipped and empowered to respond to situations brought by Benefits Advisors, employers or employees. If they cannot answer it directly, they take responsibility to find the answer and get back usually in the same day.
Plan clients are assigned a small team of Care representatives who become familiar with the unique features of your plan and its members.
